The co-ordinator of the organising commission of the top ten music contest named "Top dos Mais Queridos", Sebastião Lino, guaranteed last Wednesday that the conditions are created so that on 3 October the public may know the winner of this year's competition, which awards prizes to the three Angolan artists with the highest popular votes.
