Luanda — A package of 10,000 copies of the first CD entitled "Mentalidade (mentality)" of the Angolan rap group dubbed "Afroman", was requested with emergency by the LS Produções musical promotion firm, due to the lack of copies in the market.

The information was announced to ANGOP this Tuesday here by the director and co-ordinator of the music production company, Sidney o Profeta, who said that there are no copies of the CD available, both in the stock of the editing firm or in music shops.

The initial 15,000 copies of the album were sold on Sunday at the entrance of Luanda's Atlântico cinema, in an agitating and frustrating selling session, which demanded redoubled efforts of the Angolan National Police to maintain order. A lot of fans were not able to buy the CD.

"The other 10,000 copies of the album are already being manufactured in South Africa. We expect to have the CDs within 10 or 15 days in order to satisfy the request of the public", stated the source.

For every generation there are leading lights: men and women, who through sheer vision, consummate professionalism and exemplary character stand head and shoulders above their peers. • Uganda: Of MJ, Sengo, Mwambala And Kyagulanyi
News of the death of pop star Michael Jackson found me in his country on a working tour. Interestingly though, I first got the news from Kampala, such is the era of information technology. This being summer, the sunlight sipping through the window curtains of my hotel in Washington DC woke me up at 4a.m. Lazily, I reached for the laptop and thanks to wireless Internet, it went straight to my address when I switched on."Nga Kitalo ..." was the first line under 'subject' of the mail from my daughter in Kampala. I quickly opened the mail and saw it was about MJ.
